Utility Infrastructure

A History of Successful Partnership

Population growth in Texas has exploded since Parkhill was founded in 1945. Since that time, Parkhill has worked with small towns and large cities alike to develop utility infrastructure. Our experts have designed thousands of miles of water distribution and wastewater collection piping throughout Texas and New Mexico. Hundreds of booster pump stations and lift stations are also in our portfolio. In the past 20 years, our expertise has expanded to include gas transmission and power distribution design.  Our enduring relationships with municipalities have provided the opportunity for utility work to be the foundation of our engineering business.

Experience and Expertise Proven Over Time

From modeling and master planning to design, bid, and construction administration, Parkhill offers full-service design capabilities for utility projects. Our experts work with the leading industry water and wastewater system modeling tools and software and have innovated techniques for evaluating existing system data that has provided many of our clients with useful, living planning tools. We maintain great relationships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as private companies such as railroads which help streamline utility projects from the permitting point of view.
