Gary Ferguson, AIA, LEED AP, is a Principal and Senior Practice Leader in Parkhill’s Higher Education Sector. His areas of expertise in Project Management includes project scoping and budgeting, programming, design, quality control, sustainability, constructability, and facility assessments. With Parkhill, he has completed administrative, student use, general purpose and focused educational, housing and dining and research facility projects on multiple higher education campuses. Gary has served as an advocate for the profession and the local community as president of the Lubbock Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Lubbock Director for Texas Society of Architects, and Chairperson for the City of Lubbock’s Urban Renewal Agency and Neighborhood Redevelopment Commission.
