Enhancing Lives and Sustaining Relationships

The Building Community Investment (BCI) initiative is celebrating its 10th anniversary of giving. Since its inception, BCI has given back more than $3 million in grants, pro bono services, employee match donations, and more to the communities we serve. Throughout the years, we have helped more than 200 community organizations that are on the front lines of making the world a better place.

Last June, Perryton, TX, a town of 8,000 in the Texas Panhandle, faced the fury of an EF-3 tornado. Parkhill's pro bono architecture and planning services aided in the immediate recovery and cast a vision for its future. Now, the community is all in to restore a once-thriving downtown.

The West Texas Food Bank is leading the fight to end food insecurity across 19 Texas counties — an area roughly the size of Maine. Since Parkhill's involvement, the West Texas Food Bank has been able to increase food distribution from 2.8 million pounds of food per year to more than 14 million.
